Kunstenbond is the union for creative professionals in the Netherlands. They fight for fair pay, better working conditions, and a stronger position for artists, designers, musicians, and other creatives. Through research, lobbying, and impactful campaigns, they work towards a sustainable and just arts and culture sector where talent has the space to thrive.

For Kunstenbond, I produce, direct, and edit content that brings their message to life on social media and their website. This is an ongoing project where I, for example, take to the streets to interview people about a wide range of issues affecting the creative sector. As a director and interviewer, I ensure that conversations remain spontaneous and authentic while translating complex topics into engaging and accessible content.

I am in charge of building the creative treatment, planning the interviews, and selecting the right people for each project. Beyond street interviews, I’ve also captured full live panel discussions, filmed events, created promotional content for their podcast, produced advertisements, and more.

To visually enhance these stories, I collaborate with Jeffrey Goodett, who creates the animations and designs. While I shape the creative vision and oversee the overall direction, Jeffrey brings it to life with his design expertise.
